Bernd Ehle
Bernd Ehle is a Partner at LALIVE in Geneva specializing in international arbitration, with a particular focus on complex disputes involving major infrastructure and construction projects. Steven Van Garsse

Until September 2015 he was managing the Flemish PPP Knowledge Centre, the central PPP Unit of the Flemish Government administration (Department Chancellery and Public Governance). Aleksandra Marzec
Aleksandra Marzec is a legal adviser in Poland and for the past few years she has been councelling to the construction companies performing large infrastructure projects in Poland, both as an in-house lawyer and the outside counsel. She has acquired a significant experience in civil, public procurement and construction law, especially contracts based on the FIDIC terms. Aris L. Gulapa

Giuseppe Broccoli

Richard Krammer

C. K. Nandakumar
C. K. Nandakumar completed his B. A. LL. B (Hons.) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, in 2001. He is among those few lawyers who have been exposed to both corporate and litigation practice. He heads the Law Chambers of C. K. Nandakumar, which is a chamber of ten lawyers with focus areas of practice of arbitration - domestic and international, corporate and commercial laws. He has more than 18 years' international experience in procurement, contract management and construction supervision. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law (UK), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (USA). Josef Zak is a Civil Engineer specialized in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) utilized for construction projects and associated business operations digitalization. He is working across range of projects in the Skanska which covers residential and commercial development and infrastructure projects. Josef is member of Skanska Global BIM Knowledge Group. Prior to joining the Skanska in 2016, he worked as software consultant for infrastructure projects with variety of design companies, developers and investors.
